Jillian Michaels 30 Day Challenge

Well…we have gained a lot of weight this year! It’s time to get it off!! Last year I still wasn’t where I wanted to be, yet I was about 25 lbs lighter. SAD. So, it’s time to do something about it. With that in mind, we’ve decided to do a 30 day challenge using Jillian Michaels work out DVDs. My friend Kristina & I, even though we live over 2,000 miles apart, have decided to take on this challenge together.

I found this Jillian Michaels 30 day workout schedule on a forum somewhere, and I”m afraid I cannot remember where. I wrote it down in a notebook but didn’t write down the website. So, if you have seen this workout schedule somewhere, PLEASE let me know. Here’s the schedule:

To keep track of how we are doing, we are taking before & after pics, weight and body measurements. Here are our beginning stats:

Kristina Jennifer
Bust 40″ 40″
Waist 35″ 35″
Hips 43″ 42.5″
Upper Arm 12″ 12.5″
Upper Thigh 26.5″ 25.25″

 

Now hopefully we both took the same measurements, because remember, we are doing this together, but we live 2,000 miles apart!

Here comes our favorite part…NOT. The before pictures. Kristina and I both HATE these pics with a passion, but this is why we’re doing the challenge, right?!

Yikes! I hate my pictures!! But, again, that’s why we are doing this challenge. OK, we have actually already been in the challenge for a week now; today is our day 7 (first day of rest!) Our measurements were done on Day 4 and the pics were taken before we started the challenge. So, when will we give you an update? Well, we plan to redo pics and measurements on Day 15 (November 9th) just to see if we are making any progress. 🙂 Now, whether they actually get posted on here that day is another story…LOL At any rate, I will have our updated pics and measurements posted sometime by the end of next week.
