I love crocheting, scrapbooking, sewing…I really don’t have much time to do any of them, but I try to as much as I can. At any time, I have at least 5 crochet projects going at once. Crazy, right?
You could say that I have a short attention span when it comes to hobbies. I’m forever finding new things that I want to try, so if I have the supplies, I will usually try it, no matter how many things I already have going.
Crocheting is perhaps one of my favorite pastimes. I jump back and forth between what I like to crochet, but so far I have enjoyed doilies, hats, ponchos and baby blankets. I have found out that I do NOT like to make granny squares…sewing in the ends is one of the worst parts of crocheting, and with granny squares, you have a LOT of loose ends!
Another craft I enjoy is paper crafting. As with everything else, I don’t get much time to do it, but I do enjoy it. I just got a new Bosskut Gazelle, which is a die cutter (similar to the Cricut). I like it better than my Cricut because it doesn’t require expensive cartridges or extra software to get images. The gazelle comes with the software, and personally, I like it better than SCAL. SCAL always froze my computer up! Plus, Provocraft threw a huge fit over all the third-party software, and I didn’t want to support their company anymore.
Anyway, you can see my craft posts below. 🙂
